Shipping policy

Lead time is an estimated time frame for when the item(s) will ship from date of purchase. We will ship as soon as the item becomes available. If multiple products are ordered, we will ship any "in stock" product within 1-3 business days (M-F) from the date the order is placed, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Many in stock items ship same day. 

We are happy to ship internationally, and currently have forms in 16 countries (and counting!). Customers will be responsible for any taxes and fees imposed by the courier and/or country/customs. We are not able to provide a quote for these taxes and fees, as they are different for each country and product. Refunds will not be given due to country and/or courier taxes and fees incurred.
