Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please know that due to the nature of HDPE there will be light scuff marks on the material. These are not considered damage as they are part of the normal state of the material and will not negatively affect your pour. 

Returns & Cancellations
We cannot accept returns. We will accept cancellations within 24 hours of the purchase, as long as the item has not already shipped. Please contact us at ahonuiartisans@gmail.com if you have specific questions or if you need to request a cancellation. Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be processed.
