The Evolution from Ahonui Artisans to Epoxy Forms Co.
Who is Epoxy Forms Co? Our business has had a long tradition of building high-quality epoxy forms since 2019. What started out as a reusable HDPE Epoxy Forms manufacturer under Ahonui Artisans has evolved into a one-stop shop for all things epoxy projects. Ahonui Artisans began with the dream of helping other Makers to gain interest in epoxy by creating reusable, gasket sealed HDPE forms that were quick to setup, didn't require any silicone, easy to use with no leaks, and quick to de-mold and reset for another pour.
These forms are the original and best-selling reusable forms on the market for years now. The sizing and capabilities make them perfect for use in mass production shops for quick turn-around projects, which has made them the top performers in the epoxy form world.
As the business grew and new owners took over, we have evolved into what you know today as Epoxy Forms Co.
We at Epoxy Forms Co. come from a long tenure of Makers - who love to challenge and push ourselves to create new things, step outside of our comfort zones on projects, and continue to learn new skills as we grow in making. Coming up as Makers, we understand what's important as we purchase new tools, invest in our shops, and save for equipment meant to last. This real life experience allows us to truly understand what's important to our customers and their needs.
We continue to manufacture the HDPE forms that we always have, but are adding more and more designs. One example is our Universal Form Kit - a new design that gives you the ability to create a custom epoxy form for every pour. Expanding Into Silicone Molds
We have expanded our epoxy form offerings to silicone molds. HDPE can hold up to hundreds and even thousands of pours, but they limit you when it comes to curves and other fun shapes - and that is where our silicone molds can come into play. Our molds are handmade in Virginia, USA by AAJ Molds and are made from the highest quality silicone on the market.
We take pride in our attention to detail on each form with glass-perfect surfaces to help you keep an almost polished-ready finish from right out of the mold. We offer molds for many types of epoxy resin art, including:

A Maker's Journey
Being a Maker means you learn from each project and challenge yourself with every build. There is no limitation to what you can do when you put your mind to it. Myself being a maker all started in the woodworking field and quickly spilled over to the epoxy world. I went back and looked in my photos and realized I did my first epoxy pour way back in 2017. I have been a woodworker since 2016 and have helped educate in that field for almost 8 years now. I started Statedwoods Co on Instagram and YouTube in 2018 and then in 2024 I opened Statedwoods Supply to manufacture and provide woodworking tools, templates, and jigs at better quality and better prices than people have been able to purchase before.
Growing up in the woodworking Maker world, I know what people's struggles are, what they fear about the craft, and the financial challenges there may be and I wanted to help in some way. It's the connection with friends and customers that keeps me moving forward and always wanting to help those coming up or learning from my experiences. I love what I do.
It's our goal at Epoxy Forms Co to encourage and welcome new Makers into the world of epoxy by educating, inspiring, and providing everything they need in one place.
