      One of my favorite collaborations to date! I am happy to offer to you what I believe to be the best Slab Flattener available on the market today! No more paying $1200 or more for some aluminum bars and "low friction" pads.

      This Woodworking Router Sled is made of high quality solid steel rods. The base plate of your router is fully attached to the sled so it is safer to use than any other sled. Specifically designed to have easy free form movement.

      The sled includes the rails, crossbars, brackets, bearings, and baseplate. The router, flattening bit, and bit extension are NOT included and need to be purchased separately.

      The measurements are the actual sled dimensions. That is not the cutting area of the sled. That would depend on the size of the router bit you would be using. For instance: With a 1 1/2" flattening bit  and a 30" wide sled, you can get a full cutting area around 20" wide. These measurements are not exact and may change with a larger or smaller router bit.
